Byron Buxton is going back on the Minnesota Twins disabled list, while right-hander Ervin Santana has had a setback while rehabbing in the minors.

Buxton went on the 10-day disabled list Wednesday as he continues to have problems with a fractured big left toe.

Santana is still having problems with the middle finger on his pitching hand, which required offseason surgery.

Minnesota recalled right-hander Aaron Slegers from Triple-A Rochester, where he was 5-2 with a 3.27 ERA. The 6-foot-10 rookie went 0-1 with a 6.46 ERA in four appearances last year with the Twins.
