Minnesota’s Flu Season to go Down as one of the Worst in History

This year’s flu season will go down as one of the worst on record.  Jennifer Heath is with the Minnesota Department of Health

 

Heath says there have also been five pediatric flu-related deaths in the state this season. In addition, there have been nearly 700 flu outbreaks in Minnesota schools and just over 200 in the state’s nursing homes.
