Minnesota’s Cold Weather Rule is set to expire April 15th. Pat Boland with Xcel Energy says if you’re behind on your winter heating bill, contact your utility provider right away.
Boland says if you don’t work out a payment arrangement on a past due balance, your utility service could be interrupted.
