The head of the Minnesota Automobile Dealers Association says he’s gotten countless complaints in conjunction with the recent upgrade to the state’s new driver and vehicle services system. President Scott Lambert

 

Lambert says when the state launched the new 90-million-dollar system in July, it was clearly not working.  He estimates it was only functioning at about 70-percent.
