Minnesotans continue to drive distracted. During the latest two-week enforcement period, more than a thousand motorists were cited for texting while driving.
State Patrol Lieutenant Tiffani Nielson says in all, one-thousand-17 citations were issued for texting while driving and there were 15-hundred-17 seat belt violations between April 10th and 23rd.
