It’s not too late to apply for energy assistance through the LIHEAP program.(Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) Minnesota Commerce Commissioner Jessica Looman says the average grant is around 520-dollars

 

So far this heating season 105-thousand Minnesota households have received LIHEAP funding.
