The Minnesota Supreme Court is considering its decision in the legislature’s lawsuit against Governor Mark Dayton. The governor says regardless of the outcome, he’s been in various political disputes over the course of 40 years

Republican lawmakers sued Dayton after he line-item vetoed funding for the legislature to force Republicans to undo tax cuts and other provisions in the last legislative session.
