Last week’s election resulted in a big change in the state legislature in Minnesota. Minnesota Pork Executive Director Dave Preisler says the results were favorable for the agricultural community.
He says the switch to a Republican House with more rural legislators will also result in a change-over in leadership.
Preisler says they do have several priority issues they’ll tackle with the new legislature.
And Preisler predicts with new leadership in the House the legislative agenda may also be more favorable for agriculture.
