Admission to the Minnesota State Fair is going up by a dollar next summer. G-M Jerry Hammer says the price for adults will be 13 dollars, kids and seniors will pay 11 bucks, and pre-fair discount tickets are ten:

Hammer says they’re spending more than two-million dollars on free park-and-ride buses and one-and-a-half million on free entertainment — while costs of maintenance, police and fire are all going up. The 2014 Great Minnesota Get-Together runs August 21st through Labor Day.
