The Minnesota Senate Capital Investment Committee kicked off their statewide bonding tour in Willmar and Montevideo Monday. Committee member Senator Andrew Lang of Olivia says he’s glad the committee began their trip in his district:
Willmar is asking for state money to help construct a bridge over two Burlington Northern Railroad tracks and funding for Ridgewater College. Montevideo is hoping to secure state funding for a veterans home and flood diversion project.
