Minnesota fares better than the national cumulative average when it comes to infrastructure, but still only earns a “C” grade according to a new report from the American Society of Civil Engineers or ASCE. Spokeswoman Ariel Christiansen

Aviation received the highest grade of a “B”. Road conditions received a “D+”. America’s overall cumulative GPA for infrastructure in 2017 was a “D+”.
