Former University of Minnesota student, and rape survivor Abby Honold is praising a bi-partisan bill she helped inspire that aims to bolster law enforcement training to prevent re-traumatization of sexual assault vicitms.

 

Honold says she hopes the bill will help more victims feel heard when they file reports.
