Minnesota ranks fourth in the nation in postsecondary credentials in 2015. The Lumina Foundation’s Jamie Merisotis says the attainment rate in Minnesota is at 53.5 percent

The national postsecondary attainment rate is 45.8 percent among 25-to-64 year olds.
