Minnesota Pork Congress To Hold Seminars On Sustainability

Minnesota Pork producers Association will host its state conference, the Minnesota Pork Congress, next week at Mankato on Tuesday, February 21st and Wednesday, February 22nd.  Jill Ressler, CEO of the Minnesota Pork Producers Association says the focus for this year’s pork congress is on sustainability.

Ressler tells why the pork industry is committed to sustainability production.

Ressler says those seminars are scheduled for Tuesday, the first day of the Minnesota Pork Congress.  Resslersays pre-registration has closed, but pork producers can still register at the door.
