Minnesota’s pheasant count is down 26-percent from last year.  Nicole Davros is with the Department of Natural Resources

 

Davros says a loss of habitat is a contributing factor.  She says since 2007, Minnesota has lost nearly 700-thousand acres of Conservation Reserve Program (CRP).
