Gas prices are averaging about $1.98 statewide–which is the lowest gas has been since April. Triple A Minnesota’s Gail Weinholzer says prices should stay down–depending on what OPEC decides at its meeting later this month.
OPEC meets in Vienna on November 30th in part to determine oil production and pricing.
