Now that the special legislative session is over and all the bills are signed, Minnesotans are assessing how things went.
Governor Mark Dayton says that although significant progress was made this session, a sign of true compromise is that no one is happy with it.

The final bills passed in a special session early Saturday morning included funding for education and jobs/energy, and Legacy and bonding legislation.
