Minnesota lawmakers continue to consider the legalization of recreational marijuana in Minnesota. Randy Anderson is a person living in long-term recovery. He testified at a key committee hearing and says the state needs to find a path between the extremes of incarceration and commercialization.

One proposal that passed out of a House committee would establish a Cannabis Task Force that would help advise lawmakers about the best, most responsible path forward, should the state opt for legalization.
