Minnesota Legislators Address Childcare Shortage

A bipartisan group of state lawmakers have unveiled their plan to help stop a childcare shortage in Minnesota.

Republican Representative Mary Franson from Alexandria says the legislation is the result of parent and provider feedback provided at listening tours throughout the state last month. The bill would create a task force to seek out long-term solutions to the shortage.
