Republican Representative Dean Urdahl of Grove City says after the mid-term elections, Minnesotans have a decision to make about covering the costs for infrastructure fixes.

In the ASCE report card released Tuesday, aviation received the highest grade of a “B”, road conditions received the lowest–a “D+”.
