All kidding aside, Governor Mark Dayton says he’ll lay out specifics of his priorities for the session during his State of the State speech March 9th. He says “everything’s in play.” That could include everything from bonding to education and transportation bills, extending unemployment benefits for laid-off steelworkers, REAL ID compliance and addressing racial and economic disparities in north Minneapolis.
