Minnesota’s total over-the-year job growth slipped into negative territory last month with over 13-hundred fewer jobs than at this time last year. State Job analyst Steve Hine says there is room for growth ahead but it’s going to come with a significant amount of effort:

Minnesota lost 88-hundred jobs last month and the unemployment rate inched up a tenth of a point to three-point-one percent.
