Job growth was slow in March.  Minnesota employers added nearly three-thousand jobs, holding the state’s unemployment rate steady at 3.2 percent. State job analyst Steve Hine says the biggest job losses were in construction and other services — each down a thousand

 

Hine says there probably won’t be any significant rebound until May when the construction season gets in full swing.
