The Minnesota House on a strong vote today (Thurs) passed a bill clarifying Minnesota’s new ag buffer law, sending the legislation to Governor Mark Dayton. Mazeppa Republican Steve Drazkowski objected, saying many Minnesota streams and lakes have improved over the last three decades

Yarusso says some lakes in northern Minnesota have been cleaned up, but lakes in southwestern Minnesota are not swimmable or fishable.
