State health officials are urging Minnesotans to use antibiotics correctly in order to avoid antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Amanda Beaudoin with the Minnesota Health Department says that means

 

Beaudoin says each year in the U-S, at least two million people get sick and 23,000 people die from infections caused by antibiotic-resistant bacteria. This is “Get Smart About Antibiotics Week” in Minnesota.
