Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton is advising lawmakers to stay focused on helping Mille Lacs area businesses during an upcoming special session. The governor says he will not agree to a re-do of state agency budgets, or legislation allowing active-duty military members to conceal-carry in Minnesota without a permit:
