Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton is scheduled to deliver his last state of the state address on Wednesday. Carleton College political analyst Steven Schier says the governor will likely focus on three main agenda items for the current legislative session.

Dayton is not running for reelection in 2018. Schier says the governor may also touch upon his legacy in the speech.
