Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton was in Saint Cloud (Monday), two days after a shopping mall attack left nine wounded and the knife-wielding suspect dead

 

Saint Cloud Police Chief Blair Anderson says they “have not uncovered anything that would suggest anything other than it was a lone attacker.”

The attacker has been identified as 22 year old Dahir Adan.
