Minnesota legislative Republicans and Governor Mark Dayton are getting closer to facing off in court with a June 26th court hearing set on legislative leaders’ lawsuit against the governor. Senate Republican Majority Leader Paul Gazelka says he’s always looking for a way *not* to end up in front of a judge

But Dayton says Republican leaders are not willing to budge on his demand to undo several newly-enacted tax breaks, plus make other concessions

Republicans say Dayton violated the constitution by cutting off funding for the legislature effective July 1st.
