Food shelf use in Minnesota remains at record levels.  Colleen Moriarty executive director of Hunger Solutions Minnesota says one area of concern is the change in demographics. She says up until recently, the state’s 300 plus food shelves had primarily been serving Minnesota families — but now, more senior citizens

 

On average there around three-million visits to the state’s food shelves each year .
