Minnesota Faces Homelessness with Young Adults

On any given night in Minnesota an estimated 25-hundred minors and 35-hundred young adults ages 18-to-24 are homeless.  Michelle Decker Gerrard is with Wilder Research and says the biggest barrier is a lack of affordable housing across the state

 

Nearly three quarters of the state’s homeless youth are minorities and 41-percent of the female youth have children with them.
