Minnesota Celebrates One-year Anniversary of Legal Medical Cannibus

Today marks the one-year anniversary of medical cannabis becoming legal in Minnesota. Patrick McClellan has Muscular Dystrophy and has been a medical cannabis patient since the beginning

 

McClellan says medical cannabis has allowed him to cut down on using other dangerous and more addictive pharmaceutical medications. Though he says the high price of medical cannabis is a downside, McClellan is hopeful that insurance companies will eventually change their policy and help cover the costs.
