Minnesota Cattlemen Association and Minnesota Beef Council will have a presence at next week’s Farm Fest located near Redwood Falls, Minnesota.  Once again, the famous roast beef sandwiches will be served by Minnesota cattle producers.  Redwood Falls cattle producer and Farm Fest committee member Mark Malecek explains.  Malecek says the building where the Minnesota Cattlemen serve those roast beef sandwiches resembles a cattle shed.  Malecek says Farm Fest will feature a livestock pavilion showing the latest livestock handling equipment.  He says when cattle producers gather, the discussion usually turns to weather and crop conditions.  Malecek says on Tuesday, National Cattlemen’s and Beef Association’s  President Don Schiefelbein will be on the Farm Fest grounds visiting with cattle producers about the issues facing the cattle industry.
