Minnesota Birth Rates at Historic Lows

A new University of Minnesota report shows teen pregnancy and birth rates are at historic lows in the state.  Among adolescents 15-19 teen pregnancy has declined 66-percent.  U-of-M study spokeswoman Jill Farris says this is really a public health success story

 

Behind the declines fewer young people are having sex and those that are active are using birth control.
