Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson has written a letter to the CEO of Wells Fargo asking the company to halt its unfair practice of mandatory pre-dispute arbitration clauses, which ultimately forfeits customers’ legal right to have their day in court.  This comes after Wells Fargo opened two million accounts without the consent of holders

Wells Fargo is the largest depository bank in Minnesota.
