The Yankton City Commission this week approved a new twenty year franchise with Mid American Energy to supply natural gas to residents and businesses.
Franchise Manager Mark Reinders says it is a normal part of doing business with communities..
Reinders told the commission that Mid American will be expanding their service…
Reinders says that should add more years of service expansion…
That will add about one million cubic feet of gas a day to the supply.
