House Minority Leader Bernie Hunhoff of Yankton says they have finally heard back from the US Department of Health and Human Services…

 

Governor Dennis Daugaard has asked HHS for a waiver to allow the state to insure those at one hundred percent of the poverty line and below, without the full expansion of Medicaid.

Hunhoff says he expects they will have at least one conference this week…
