Meat exports, with both beef and pork, have performed well in recent years.  But what is the outlook for meat exports in the coming months?  Lee Schultz, an agricultural economist that focuses on livestock marketing believes the export of U-S meats will continue to do well.  Schultz says both volume and value of U-S meat products were higher.

Schultz says the value of the U-S dollar against other currencies will also play a factor in the export markets.  Schultz says pork exports could begin to stabilize.
