Creighton star Doug McDermott and Iowa standout Roy Devyn Marble were among the basketball players taken in the NBA Draft Thursday night.

McDermott was involved in a draft day trade after being picked 11th overall in round one by the Denver Nuggets. He was shipped to the Chicago Bulls for draft picks #16 and 19 overall.

Marble was a second round selection by the Nuggets with pick #56 overall.
