South Dakota voters will see a full ballot in November, with a number of issues up for decisions.

Among those is a constitutional amendment, called “Marsys Law.”

Glodt says “Marsys Law” would ensure crime victims have rights and standing through the criminal process

Glodt says the new law would make sure victims are informed and involved in the prosecution of their attacker

Opponents have said the change to the constitution could cause serious problems in the criminal justice process.
