Many Resolutions Being Debated

The South Dakota legislature has had to deal with a large number of non-binding resolutions this year. That may lead to policy changes next year.

At this stage of the session, those resolutions are now being sent to committee first. A resolution critical of the federal Affordable Care Act will be heard in the Senate Health and Human Services Committee tomorrow (Wednesday).
