Man Dies in I-29 Motorcycle Accident in Sioux Falls

A 25-year-old man died Monday in a motorcycle crash on I-29 in Sioux Falls.

The name of the deceased is not being released pending notification of family.

A 2003 Honda CBR600 was northbound on I-29 when the driver lost control after crossing over the 12th Street overpass and was thrown from the motorcycle.

The driver, who was not wearing a helmet, died at the scene.

South Dakota’s Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
