Members of the South Dakota House will have to decide on the possible impeachment of Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg during a special session Tuesday in Pierre.
Representative Sydney Davis of Burbank says it’s a troubling situation….
Davis, a republican, says the people of the state are not being served well….
Davis says there are also questions about the status of law enforcement in the state….
It will take thirty-six votes to pass articles of impeachment. If that happens, the trial before the Senate would not start before May second.
