Yankton City Commissioners will have to decide on a contract bid for repairs to the wastewater treatment plant.
City Manager Amy Leon says they got one bid for the project…

Leon says the bid came in over estimates…

The project is to repair damage to the plant from flooding in 2011 and 2019.

Leon says they can cover the extra costs…

The city is also working on a separate, forty-million-dollar project for major upgrades to the wastewater plant.

The city commission meets at the CM-TEA building Monday at 7PM.
