The City of Yankton has hired an engineering company to begin as assessment of the wastewater treatment plant.

Leon says the report will be the first step in creating a list of options for the plant….
Leon says they may have a timeline of five to ten years to come up with an overall plan for the plant. Costs have not yet been firmly estimated for any major rebuild or renovation.
