A major continuous construction project this week will build the main structure of the Dakota Plains grain loading facility at Napa Junction northwest of Yankton.

Winsand says they have been receiving grain for a few weeks, which will be shipped out by truck later this year. The track for the rail loading facility will be built next spring.
