The next phase of construction on Highway 50 through Yankton starts next week. A public meeting was held Wednesday night to lay out the time line.

A number of businesses along that route expressed concern with the heavy truck traffic into and out of the area. Gall says they are looking at options……

Another project will start in April that will build a concrete overlay on Highway 50 from Gayville west into Yankton. That project should be done by July.
