The Corps of Engineers is predicting a below normal year for runoff into the Missouri River reservoir system.

Grode says the mild January temperature had an impact on early season runoff….

Grode says mountain snowpack that feeds the river was also well below normal….

The Corps also reported plains snowpack above Gavins Point Dam was light and scattered.
