Local governments across South Dakota will be receiving funding directly from the federal government as part of a pandemic relief program.
The City of Vermillion will get about one point eight million dollars. City Manager John Prescott says they are developing some preliminary plans….

Those dollars are separate from the nine hundred seventy million dollars the state is getting from the federal government.
