While the Lewis & Clark Regional Water System has not connected to all their members, they are seeing increasing water usage to those on the pipeline.

The water plant was designed to treat and deliver up to forty million gallons of water a day. The project is about seventy percent done, but still has major lines to build to member towns and water systems in South Dakota, Iowa and Minnesota.
